Isotope ratio
isotope ratio, R isotope number ratio Ratio of the number of atoms of one isotope to the number of atoms of another isotope of the same chemical element in the same system. Note: Usually the minor, less abundant isotope to the major, most abundant isotope, for example, 13C/12C.
